About me

An ex-national level runner with international credentials, Nick Janvier brings a lifetime of experience of both sport and fitness.  He's been coaching and advising beginners and seasoned athletes alike for the last 20 years.

After a long career as a distance runner, he cross-trained in a number of other activities from boxing and martial arts to outdoor pursuits and gymnastics.
He runs regular circuit training classes and is actively involved in coaching and instructing a number of sports whilst still pursuing his own fitness goals at the ripe young age of 44.
Nick also runs a popular bodyweight fitness blog, and he has recently been increasingly involved in film and video work.
